A portion of every sale goes directly to our charity partners who build prosthetics, wheelchairs, and provide rehabilitation for disabled and amputee dogs. Every order you place helps fund these life-changing devices.
Which organizations do you donate to?
We partner with five incredible organizations: Joey's PAW, Bionic Pets, Animal Ortho Care, Miracle's Mission, and The Unstoppable Dogs. Each specializes in different aspects of helping disabled dogs — from custom prosthetics to rehabilitation and therapy.
What percentage of sales is donated?
We donate a meaningful portion of every sale. As we grow, so does our impact. We share regular updates on our social media about exactly how much has been donated and which dogs have been helped.
Where do your products come from?
Our treats and supplements are made in the USA with high-quality, dog-safe ingredients. Our apparel and accessories are printed and fulfilled by trusted partners who meet our quality standards.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is something we're working toward — follow us on social media for updates.
What is your return policy?
We want you and your pup to be happy. If something isn't right, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Are your treats safe for all dogs?
Our treats are made with simple, wholesome ingredients. However, every dog is different. Check the ingredient list for any known allergies your dog may have, and consult your vet if you're unsure.
