SHIPPING POLICY

At Kitchi's Kitchen, we want to get your order to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.
Standard Shipping: $8.00 flat rate for orders under $50. Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days.
Express Shipping: $15.00 flat rate. Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During sales or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods. Kitchi's Kitchen is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at ben@easyengine.ai within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you to make it right.
